The food has impeccable taste , the food pairings are perfect and presentation just waken all of your senses. Chef Matt creates an environment that is truly unique where you can enjoy a sophisticated menu without all the pretentiousness and fluff that you’ll find in most fine dining experiences. “Wow!! We attended the Taste of Tulum - Tequila night and not only was the food the best Mexican cuisine we have ever tasted - the hosts made it a fun event with interactive drinking games. We had so much fun! We sat feet away from the kitchen and enjoyed watching the chef do his magic. Matt (the chef) is so friendly and takes the time to share his experiences, his expertise and inspirations!! The food was absolutely delicious. I truly couldn’t pick what I liked most because each dish was so unique and tasty! We will absolutely be going back.”

Chef Matthew was a true professional who was friendly, a pleasure to have in our home and left our kitchen sparkling clean. What a great way to celebrate a 40th birthday party. Chef Matthew and Karen were wonderful hosts and we were fortunate enough to have a wonderful friend Sean from Sazerac teach us more about their limited edition and highly allocated whiskey and bourbons! Chef Matthews food was incredible and paired amazingly with all the spirits. Each dish was made and prepared with love, passion and care. I highly recommend him and his private chef services! You wont be disappointed!”
